BeBlac Foundation: Business Development Committee Salem, OR The Business Development Committee Is dedicated to supporting new and existing Black-owned businesses through community, support, education, and capacity building. The Be Blac foundation seeks to provide financial support to help our greater business community, not only financially, but with education. To be eligible for funding from our organization, you must be a Black or BIPOC Led/ Owned Business or Non-Profit, operate within Marion and Polk counties and attend 50% of all business workshops registered with the Secretary of State and attend 50% of all Workshops offered within the Grant Cycle.

Black American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon Our mission is to be a catalyst of economic development by uplifting, empowering, and educating the Black business community.

With years of experience within government and a variety of industries at all levels, we deliver all of our services through the lens of cultural and professional competency that comes through working within the black community throughout the country.

Black Business Association of Oregon The Black Business Association of Oregon (BBAO) is an economic development organization that strives to achieve economic equity that is sustainable and lasting in the state of Oregon.

Black Owned Businesses Initiative, Pan African Cultural Foundation (PACF) Our mission is to support efforts that strengthen the economic vitality of the Pan African (Africans, Afro Latinx, Caribbeans and African Americans) communities in Oregon through arts, culture and economic development activities.

Black United Fund: Economic Justice & Development The mission of the Black United Fund of Oregon (BUF-OR) is to assist in the social and economic development of Oregon’s underserved communities and to contribute to a broader understanding of ethnic and culturally diverse groups.

Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon (MESO) Our mission is to elevate under-resourced and excluded entrepreneurs to build resilience, equity and thriving communities through access to capital tailored business assistance and education.

MESO has become a premier comprehensive small business service provider in Oregon and SW Washington, offering innovative lending and savings programs, tailored technical assistance, business education and planning, and marketing and accounting support to the underserved communities across urban and rural counties.

National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC)-OR NAMC-Oregon is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community-based organization whose mission is to advocate and support design and construction-related businesses owned by People of Color.

We provide business development through education, training, and cultivate relationships with owners and prime contractors that will afford them greater opportunities to compete for work on construction projects in Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs OAME is a non-profit, tax-exempt membership organization founded in 1987 with the mission to promote and develop entrepreneurship and economic development for ethnic minorities in the State of Oregon & SW Washington. OAME focuses on providing support services to small businesses.

Soul District Business Association The Soul District Business Association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit membership organization that promotes the economic and business development of inner N/NE Portland. Established in 1977, we are one of the oldest and largest business districts in the city, housing approximately 5,000 businesses and 64,000 residents within our geographical boundaries.

The Soul District Business Association continues to promote and advocate for growth and opportunity, representing over 500 diverse businesses in the North, NorthEast Portland, PDX community.
